Zusammenfassung
This paper is an approach to the preparatory work of the future Directive on common minimum standards in the civil process. We intend to examine the objectives of the proposal, the reasons that have given rise to it and make an approach to the normative content of the same. It's a first approximation which are advanced to what could be the problems that the approval could bring the Spanish procedural system in the same way make some proposals for its best transposition time.
