Abstract
We will discuss the ICLHE experience taking place at the Faculty of Education, University of Málaga. Using this methodology we will try to fulfil the goals for teacher training, reflexive and analytical teachers who share experiences and good teaching-learning practices in a foreign language. We would like to highlight different aspects taken into account in this project: the professional point of view; teacher training and sharing experiences with other universities, the design of materials in collaboration and based on teachers’ needs and the students; data collection to detect needs and start and design the project (demographic data, opinions, expectations and motivation to be part of the bilingual team, level tests…); programming and organization of cross-curricular activities in English (talks, visiting teachers, Erasmus exchange students, shows…), web site with related resources and information; data analysis for the improvement and adaptation of the methodology carried out, classroom observation..
