Resum

This communication reflects an educational experience aimed at teachers training in Plastic and Visual Arts. The experience, proposed to a group of future teachers, consists on the development of a working project designed and experimented by themselves during their training. The dynamic shows how teachers who have developed this experience reinterpret our teaching role through the project. On the other hand, it focuses on the value that the approach followed by working projects has to connect with aspects linked with students daily life, overcoming frontiers between classroom and reality.
