Efecto de la modelación táctica sobre la frecuencia de elección de los fundamentos tácticos de ataque en fútbol

Resumen

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo cuantificar y comparar las demandas tácticas de los futbolistas durante small side game (SSG). Participaron 40 jugadores divididos en dos grupos, 20 en el grupo control (edad: 11,38 ± 0,31 años, altura: 150,45 ± 7,85, peso: 46,25 ± 10,67 kg) y 20 en el grupo experimental (edad: 10,52 ± 0,28 años, altura: 142,8 ± 5,41 cm, peso: 37,30 ± 5,94 kg). Los fundamentos tácticos de ataque fueron medidos dos veces antes y dos veces después del tratamiento, en formatos de 3x3 y 6x6+GK. Los datos muestran que el tratamiento experimental tuvo un efecto positivo para fomentar el uso de los fundamentos tácticos respecto al tratamiento control. También la contrastación es significativa en cuanto a la comparación entre pre-test y post-test del grupo que recibió la modelación táctica. Así mismo la frecuencia de los fundamentos tácticos con el tratamiento experimental demuestra un efecto superior cuando el formato de juego es 3x3 en cuanto al 6x6+GK. La modelación táctica es un tratamiento efectivo para promover la cooperación colectiva de jugadas basadas en la táctica.
