Laburpena

Usually the Basketball coach work like communicator is unconscious. The communicative style depends more occasions of personal characteristics than a previously organized conduct. In this work we try describe, using a sistematic observation, like is the communicative intervention by basketball coach in different sport categories (ACB, LEB and EBA), by then analyze as they transmit the information. How is the work in these professionals who have proved effectiveness. We want to demostrate the importance of the figure of coach like learning mediater and how this work conditionate the dynamic of learning in sport systems.
