Abstract

Only the prisoners are in a penitentiary center does not assure the later and suitable insertion in the society. It is necessary to carry out a psychological intervention for his years in the jail centred specifically on the motive for which they are there. As example, one presents in this work a type of intervention destined for boarders condemned for crimes of violence of kind. The programs with victims are numerous and necessary, but it is notnecessary to forget the work with aggressors. Working with them not only is important to know the characteristics of this type of violence, the profile of victim, of aggressor … but also it is necessary to know in what circumstances they live in the jail and which are his characteristics, since this one will be the only way of giving them a suitable reeducation, which will take them to a possible rehabilitation on having gone out of the penitentiary center, and to a future decrease of his aggressive conduct.Programs of intervention have been created so much inside and out of the penitentiary centers. There are diverse types of programs of intervention with aggressors. This work will centre on the Program of treatment for aggresors on the family area. Though the motivation for the change in general is very low in this type of men, the incorporation in a program adequately orientated is in the habit of increasing the conscience and the degree of responsibility for his conduct.
