Resumen

Los ritmos políticos en educación son cada vez más acelerados, los contextos políticos más difusos y los actores políticos más privatizados. El artículo defiende esta tesis bajo una dimensión teórica de análisis. Las investigaciones en educación requieren realizar giros teóricos y analíticos para comprender estas importantes transformaciones que se están viviendo en los sistemas educativos. Tras la introducción, se examinan aspectos previos sobre los ritmos, los contextos y los actores en los análisis de las «transferencias políticas» en educación. Seguidamente, se defiende la necesidad de estudiar los ritmos en educación a través de las nociones de «políticas rápidas» y «neoliberalización». Los dos apartados posteriores focalizan el interés en los contextos políticos. Por un lado, se aborda la noción de «ensamblajes políticos» mediante sus elementos característicos de multiplicidades, concatenación de elementos heterogéneos y modos no lineales de hacer las políticas. Por otro lado, se demuestra cómo las nociones de «movilidades políticas» y «mutaciones políticas» son oportunas para analizar los movimientos ininterrumpidos y los espacios cada vez más difusos en los que se elaboran y ponen en marcha las agendas educativas. El último apartado analiza los cambios en los actores políticos privados a través de la exploración de la gobernanza filantrocapitalista digital en la educación.
