Résumé

The Down's Syndrome, trisomy 21 or trisorny G, is one of the most frequent cromosomic alterations, with important dental and oral manifestations. A cephalometric study has been done in 48 individuals, analysing 21 measurements from Steiner, Ricketts and McNamara, as well as Ba-S-N angle and SN distance. The conclussion is that these individuaIs have marked differences in their cranial base as well as midfacial area (upper and lower jaw) hypoplasia.
