Abstract

The recent implementation in Spain of the educational model of the European Higher Education skills training requires more active methodologies, as well as the participation of the entire educational community, including parents and external agents, becoming particularly value the volunteers in educational centers. This work aims to illustrate the reports of a volunteer experience in the initial formation of a College Degree Teaching of Primary Education, with case study methodology, through the research instrument based on a scale of skills liker Tuning Proyect pretest and posttest, and qualitative description developed in a diary journal about the experience, with subsequent triangulation of instruments. Quantitative and qualitative results show that positive practice has been very successful for both college students and elementary students. So it would be necessary to continue the program and the official implementation of such experiences that can be studied on an optional way, especially students of Education Degree.
