Abstract

The most important criterion, though not the only one, in Kierkegaard in order to determine what means to be a singular individual is spirituality. But the proper frame in which it is necessary to understand it is in Christian existence. In this sense, one needs to understand it in relation to an anthropologic possibility which, at the same time, must be decided in the specific existence of every individual opposite to the animal, material and mundane thing. For this reason, spirituality is the anthropologic condition par excellence.
