Resum

the article shows that human dignity as front door of the human rights in the Spanish Constitution and because of its link with human genetics in the international treaties allows the central authority to rule the human genetics by itself (under 149.1.1rst CE). This is consciously ignored by the new Spanish acts passed recently (Biomedical Research Act, 2007 and others). The article considers that this decision breaks the very concept of unique legal system although plural.
