The splenic artery ranks third in frequency of intra-abdominal aneurysms just behind the infrarenal aorta and the iliac artery[1]. Despite this, intrasplenic aneurysms are extremely rare entities. We report the case of a 16-year-old boy, with multiple trauma, who was found these infrequent type of splenic lesions through ultrasound and computed tomography.
