Abstract
The present study centres on the analysis of the personal characteristics, judicial measures and crimes committed by a sample of 585 minors who have committed crimes and have entered inside the judicial process, according to the law 5/2000 of penal responsibility of the minors. The study penetrates into the relations that exist between the personal characteristics of the inobservant minors, the committed crimes and the judicial applied measures, in order to establish operative conclusions in order to define a predictive model of the violence and juvenile delinquency.
