Abstract
In the 1930s Leopoldo Torres Balbás excavated and studied two houses at the foot of the Captain tower in the city of Alhambra. Between 1950 and 1960 new houses were unveiled attached. In this article we will examine completely the houses in this area, which we believe are five homes, as well as what were the causes of their deterioration.
