Abstract
It is presented the case of a patient that inquiry by recurrent episodes of nausea and vomiting, which finally relate to a paradoxical side effect to the consumption of cannabis known as cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome (CHS), which occurs in chronic consumers and whose diagnosis is confirmed by the disappearance of the symptoms when the consumption ceases.
