Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio fue estudiar la relación entre la enfermedad de la depresión y la actividad física, a través de una revisión sistemática de la bibliografía existente. Según los estudios revisados, la actividad física puede llegar a ser un método primordial como tratamiento efectivo de esta enfermedad. Previamente, se consideró una clarificación terminológica sobre los conceptos clave de esta revisión: depresión, ansiedad y actividad física. Para ello, se ha realizado una selección previa de estas investigaciones, reflejadas en bases de datos importantes que cubren este tema como Pubmed, Dialnet o Web of Science.
