Zusammenfassung

An instructional design developed at the level of teaching implies that this fulfills three roles in terms of educational instruction is concerned: as a designer, to ensure success in planning instruction; as a director, and that selects and organizes the promoter learning conditions; as evaluator, because it supports situations that require students to demonstrate what they have learned. The immediate signal that the desired learning has obtained to produce the proper behavior. In this is to evaluate the outcome of the learning that takes place, it should take into account the reliability and validity of it. In the teacher's role is very valuable knowledge of the way people construct their learning. In this regard, teachers have to know the intellectual skills, which are skills that involve mental development of cognitive skills, through thinking skills and are manifested through thoughts. Thus, the aim of this paper is to present the factors that influence the development of learning and model that explains what some experts in the area.
