Résumé

This is a nursing care process, in which an 81-year-old man enters in a cardiology ward after suffering a ventricular tachycardia and the subsequent cardiac arrest at home. Due to this pathology, his life and usual care will change. That is why nursing provides an individualized care plan for him, we will do this thanks to Virginia Henderson’s basic needs assessment, NANDA nursing diagnoses, NIC interventions and NOC results, in this way we can see what needs are at risk, put an action on them and later evaluate the activities we have carried out.
