Zusammenfassung
It is presented the case of a 61-year-old patient with a mass in the hypochondrium and right flank of 28x25x18 cm of diameter. Imaging tests suggest the diagnosis of retroperitoneal liposarcoma, which is confirmed after an anatomopathological analysis just after surgical removal. The objective of this work, from this clinical case, is to review this infrequently entity, because due to its scarce clinical manifestations, the tumor reaches a considerable size and it is important to be clear about the diagnostic-therapeutic management that must be carried out.
