Abstract
This paper raises the following question: can we qualify the internal system for processing claims as an adequate means of resolving disputes? Would it meet the procedural requirement of the Procedural Efficiency Act and could the claim be filed after resorting to this mechanism? In order to answer the above questions, we will examine what this system consists of and how it would be included in the Draft Act on Procedural Efficiency Measures for the Public Service of Justice.
