Abstract
Crohn's disease is a transmural inflammatory disorder that can manifest with variable intestinal symptoms, depending on its fistulizing, perforating or fibrostenotic activity. Intestinal obstruction due to intestinal stenosis is one of its manifestations, and may be aggravated by factors such as the voluntary or accidental intake of foreign bodies. We present the case of a male with perianal and ileal Crohn's disease, who presents episode of intestinal obstruction secondary to terminal ileum stenosis exacerbated by the impaction of a foreign body at that level. The objective is to show the clinic, findings and treatment.
