Resum
Introduction. Urachal anomalies are rare after birth, with the majority occurring in children under two years of age (0.063% of adults). Clinical Case. 27-year-old male with a symptomatic infected urachal cyst that has also caused a colovesical fistula. Discussion. Due to its low prevalence and the variability of clinical presentation, it is a diagnostic challenge. The treatment consists of a surgical resection given that there is the possibility of malignization.
