Abstract
Undoubtedly, suicide is one of the great problems that our society has not solved. An increasingly stressful world, where despite the new technologies there is the paradox that people feel immense loneliness. On other occasions, it is work-related problems that have a clear connection with the suicidal act. This work tries to determine if such acts can be considered in some cases as an inducement to suicide. The work analyzes the criminal type of induction to suicide and the requirements that must be met for it to be appreciated by the courts.
