Resum

The war raises questions of method and merit, which increasingly require from the jurist the effort to semantically and conceptually redefine, transform and innovate its horizon, still confined to a culturally prevalent concept of national order that is identified with the idea of territorial sovereignty. Opening up to a knowledge of normative and interpretive data, which finds its place and development beyond the state territory. A transnational and supranational space in which common values are shared but also in which differences emerge that require a comparative approach, if only to make an effort to contextualize such data within the framework of scenarios that imply the comparison between a variety of readings of the legal phenomenon in the complexity of its sociocultural structure. In this work, a first effort is made in this sense, paying attention in a renewed way to categories such as value, principle, interpretation or peace as a right.
