Abstract

The development of the big infrastructures that is taking place at the moment in the Community of Andalusia, frequently includes projects that have been object of a wide study, discussed under very diverse considerations, assisting so much to its great functionality as to the high impact they produce in its natural environment. In the legal and institutional frame of this Community, this article analyzes the aspects that deserve bigger attention from an environmental point of view, observing their incidence on one of the current works that, in project phase and of execution, are more characteristic for this study.
