Resumen

Erasmus mobility programs have become highly popular among students as a means to explore new horizons, broaden their cultural understanding, and gain invaluable personal experiences. The integration of tourism and student mobility in initiatives such as Erasmus holds significant importance and benefits for all parties involved. We have conducted a survey in the Faculty of Labour Relations & Human Resources, University of Granada to examine the satisfaction levels of outgoing Erasmus students concerning their overall mobility experience. Furthermore, we have explored the relationship between their interest in tourism and how these two factors can mutually influence each other. We found a notable correlation between the interests of Erasmus students and their engagement in tourism. Additionally, we observed a growing interest among them in participating in tourism activities based on their current experiences.
