Abstract

This PhD thesis aims to explore the acquisition of adjectival units by derivation with a focus on the acquisition in ELE. Our pedagogical targets have the mission of exploring the acquisition of these units in a language teaching context, with special attention to their acquisition, knowledge, and praxis in the ELE. In the same way, we observed the treatment of these lexical units (through various activities), with an interest in their understanding and learning. In conclusion, aims to study the teaching and learning of adjectival units by derivation in the ELE classroom, with the purpose of obtaining a better understanding and production of these. And, on the other hand, it considers essential the creation of the adjectival units, through a morphological work adapted for its presentation and use in the field of ELE.
