Resumo

This study delves into the recent approval of a public employment regulation in Andalusia, on the regulatory regime in local public employment, analyzing the role that, in this regard, both the regional legislation of the local regime, as well as the own public employment legislation itself have. In this sense, the functions to be carried out by said regulations, the role of local authorities in the definition of their regulatory framework and the cooperation instruments that are contemplated in the different regional regulations on public employment are analyzed, making specific proposals to overcome the existing management deficits at this territorial level.
