Resumo
Antecedents: Active methodologies have sharply risen in the last few years due to the EHEA at the University. In this sense, in the Education, Economics and Technology School from Ceuta a group of teachers analyse the influence of a Tutorial Active Plan in the closeness and exhaustive awareness with students. Method: Initial study to new incoming students and specific follow to those volunteered students who freely participated in this plan to improve and guide its degree. Results: The reception of new students was successful and an outstanding improvement was found in the thoughtful followed students. Conclusions: Participants in the TAP were more abled to learn better than their non-participant partners. They learnt faster and better the required competencies in every subjects in their degree. The helped students showed a better performance after working with teacher in the TAP.
