Zusammenfassung
One of the main hurdles Labour Law professors must face when they teach students from Tourism or Business Management and Administration degrees is, precisely, to assess the best educative method to follow for these non-law and interdisciplinary degrees, especially after taking into account the lack of knowledge in the field this kind of students may has. Additionally, it is essential to consider the significant changes and the shortening of contents so many subjects have recently undergone, what really hinders the teaching performance in those degrees. I have tried to combine theory classes and practical cases to delve into possible didactic methodologies for the juridical and labour field. Therefore, some examples taken from my own teaching experience are presented in this communication. In particular, the so-called “Labour Law teaching through cinema” has been a useful educative strategy as I could confirm, since non-law degree students can develop literature search protocols, critical analysis strategies, efficiently use legal information related to their research, as well as achieving the integration of theoretical knowledge.
