Abstract
In this paper we disclose some documents about Don Enrique Enríquez and his wife Doña María de Luna. Above all, we tried to provide news about certain rights that were unduly charged in Orce and Galera. King Charles V and his mother Juana send Judge Remon Estopiñan to inform Doña Maria that those rights are unduly charged. The lawsuit is decided against this lady and her representatives. The whole matter deals with the towns of Orce and Galera that belonged to these gentlemen by donation of the Catholic Monarchs.
