Abstract

The inferior alveolar nerve is a branche of trigeminal nerve prone to the injury of local factors. Fundamentaly the cause is iatrogenic´s origin, however is no ussually the consequent of a procedure mistake or profesional incompetence. In this paper presents three cases of lesions in the inferior alveolar nerve due a local factors where the elimination of the cause and the expectant actitude was the resolutive indicated treatment.
