Abstract

Interactive systems are designed to support complex interactions. The development of this type of systems involves the capture of large volumes of information related to the specification of interactions between users and the system and also between users, that is, between people. This thesis is located within the domain of Software Engineering, the context is Human Computer Interaction (HCI), specifically the development of Interactive Systems and more specifically, the development of the User Interface, which is expressed through artifacts that are integration of the contributions of multiple experts from different perspectives and points of view. Where, finally, the product is an interactive system in which these contributions are reflected from Functionality, Collaboration, Security, Marketing, Accessibility, etc., to a greater or lesser extent, according to the purpose for which the Interactive system. In this sense, we are interested in understanding how this information can be linked and integrated to contribute to the creation of artifacts that express the user interface in a more formal and computational way. To this end, the definition of a conceptual, methodological and technological framework is introduced to provide developers with the assessment and definition of languages and tools for the modeling and execution of the interactive systems activity. This development framework is supported in the definition of an Activity Taxonomy (TxA) that allows designers to disaggregate, decompose or even add information related to the activity from the specifications of an interactive system, to be understood according to the interest In a view or point of view. The usefulness of the TxA as a frame of reference in HCI is supported, validating its application as: 1. Valuation tool for artifacts generated from Software Engineering. 2. Framework of evaluation of proposals of notation to represent the activity and 3. Framework for the definition of roadmaps for the development of interactive systems.
