Abstract

This dataset contains the results from the content analysis of Flickr photographs in the Sierra Nevada Biosphere Reserve (southern Spain), considering the main photographic focus on: fauna and flora or nature and landscape features, as well as on cultural, religious, rural, sport, gastronomy and recreation elements. Based on this first classification, we further classified each photo considering: (1) the type of prevailing sport activity, (2) the main nature and human features, and (3) the represented faunal groups.
