Resumen

It is necessary to know in depth the level of lifestyles of different population groups, as well as the determinants that condition them. For this reason, the following general research aim was established: to analyse the levels of physical activity, healthy lifestyle, emotional intelligence and social network addiction among university students of Education Degrees. In order to achieve this aim, several cross-sectional and descriptive-correlational studies were designed in which Spanish students of Education Degrees participated. From these studies, it can be concluded that compliance with physical activity recommendations among university students is partially predicted (12.6%) by adherence to the Mediterranean diet, body mass index and sitting time. Furthermore, university students are classified into three clusters according to their level of adherence to the Mediterranean diet, physical activity and emotional intelligence.
