LÓPEZ BELMONTE

Jesús López-Belmonte has a Doctor in Educational Sciences with Cum Laude from the University of Granada (UGR), Spain. He has a Master's degree in educational technology and digital skills from the International University of La Rioja (Spain) and a Master's degree in educational innovation and knowledge management from the University of Malaga (Spain). He is a professor in the Department of Didactics and School Organization of the UGR. He is a member of the EducaTech XXI research group (SEJ-666). He is the author of various scientific publications indexed in internationally prestigious indexes (JCR, Scopus, Emerging Sources Citation Index, FECYT Quality Seal, among others). In addition, he is the author of various book chapters and different books in publishers that occupy the top positions in the SPI ranking. Likewise, he has served as editor and reviewer in various impact magazines. He has participated as a speaker in different international conferences. He has carried out different research and training stays in Europe and Latin America. Likewise, he has participated in various research and teaching innovation projects. He is named an influential researcher worldwide, by Stanford University (California, USA), in the years 2022 and 2023. As transfer activities, he has various registered trademarks in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) derived from different investigations. . In addition, he is co-founder of Escentia, a Spin-off dedicated to training and research actions. His lines of research focus on teaching innovation, the analysis of digital competence, active methodologies and educational technology. Currently, he develops his teaching vocation at the Faculty of Education, Economics and Technology of Ceuta (Spain).
