Doctor by the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela with the thesis Unha perspectiva tecnolóxica e experimental das industrias sobre lousa, cristal de rocha e cuarzo na prehistoria recente do noroeste peninsular 2010. Supervised by Dr. Ramón Fábregas Valcarce.

I am a specialist in the Late Prehistory of the Iberian Peninsula, with a particular focus on the analysis of material culture (specifically, knapped and polished lithic industries) of Neolithic and Chalcolithic communities. I have also conducted extensive research on Holocene rock art in the northwestern Iberian region. My work is characterized by the application of digital technologies —such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), statistical analysis, and computational modeling— to address a range of archaeological questions.
