Doctor by the Universidad de Jaén with the thesis Variables psicosociales relacionadas a la obesidad infantil y adaptaciones al ejercicio físico intervalado de alta intensidad en escolares 2018. Supervised by Dr. Felipe García Pinillos, Dr. Pedro Ángel Latorre Román.

Dr. Pedro Delgado-Floody is a Professor at the University of La Frontera. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Jaén, Spain, in 2018. He currently serves as Director of the Natural Movement Analysis Laboratory and as Academic Coordinator of the Master’s Program in Physical Activity and Health at the University of La Frontera. In addition, he is the Deputy Director of the journal Nutrición Hospitalaria (Madrid) and an active academic member of the Ibero-American Pleokinetic Knowledge Network. Dr. Delgado-Floody has authored and co-authored more than 150 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals. He has supervised master’s and doctoral theses and has been invited to deliver lectures and workshops for governmental institutions, municipalities, and social organizations. He has also developed and implemented intervention programs across different age groups, integrating multidisciplinary approaches to promote healthier lifestyles.
