Elección de managers y comportamiento sancionador en la empresa: un análisis experimental

Resumen
En este artículo se analiza por medio de un juego de contribución a un bien público cómo el comportamiento sancionador de los agentes varía según si son elegidos democráticamente o no. Se aplican los resultados experimentales a un caso particular de una empresa en la que los jueces externos se personifican en los managers; los votantes representan a los trabajadores; y el bien público constituye el beneficio del trabajo en equipo que es repartido entre los trabajadores. El resultado principal es que los supervisores incrementan su nivel de exigencia y por tanto su castigo cuando son elegidos democráticamente.
