Zusammenfassung
The University of Granada (UGR) has showed big interest, for the quality of its services. This way, he has signed a contract with the Government of Andalusia (Contract Program), to carry out the above mentioned quality. The contract program, must fulfill a target so that it could continue on the following year. To obtain the quality a few administrative procedures have put themselves: operative and technical instructions. To quantify the procedures indicators have been marked.
