Abstract

Entrepreneurial or business spirit is born in a particular social context which parameters are not only economic and administrative. Individual, society, and state are the three vectors needed for better entrepreneurial development. The growing awareness about the importance of entrepreneurship for economic and social development of people has permeated all economic agents, political and administrative, rising up an intense development of education, conditions, platforms, channels, tools and guidelines favoring an entrepreneur figure�s emergence. The creation of this set of social conditions, climate and culture, education and information, various means and resources needed both for the entrepreneur�s beginning and the implementation of the enterprise, leads to its encouragement. Alongside recent decades the social and institutional support to attitudes and behaviors has been shelling, deploying and specializing in order to meet different aspects that contribute to its development.
