Abstract

This article compares the regulation and object of employment contracts in Spain and France and analyzes a particular contract type: the Spanish and French permanent contracts for housekeeping services. The methodology of comparative law has been applied to the comparison, so as to identify similarities and differences between legal institutions, figures or concepts belonging to different legal systems. This analysis constitutes the first step towards effective legal communication.
