Resumen

En este trabajo pretendemos hacer un análisis de la actual sociedad del conocimiento y del aprendizaje en la que estamos inmersos y de las oportunidades/necesidades que ello conlleva para los directivos actuales. Asimismo, examinamos el papel de las redes sociales a este respecto, ya que afectan al desarrollo de determinadas capacidades dinámicas, y en particular al aprendizaje organizacional, puesto que son fuentes de información, conocimiento y referencias sociales muy importantes. Por ello, profundizamos en los beneficios y los riesgos de estas redes y su relación y contribución con/a la generación de aprendizaje en las organizaciones.
