Sustainable development goals

Abstract

Nowadays, society live a substantial amount of situations of social exclusion which are frequently caused by social, economic or cultural inequalities. This phenomenon is not limited to a general area, but is presented in an analogous manner in education. In order to solve this problem, inclusive education is generated, characterizing it by equity in educational process and the fully aware of the peculiarities of children. As one of the areas that make up the educational curriculum, Physical Education is a space which can build an innovative mean in order to address the problems described. Therefore, this monograph provides a conceptual review of the phenomena of social and educational exclusion and proposes the use of the area of Physical Education for preventing this problem and approach a solution.
