Resumo

We are currently facing a worrying situation due to the fact that cardiovascular problems are increasingly present, affecting a high percentage of the population, which are coming to trigger diseases that put the health of the population at risk, mainly caused by the acquisition of unhealthy or sedentary habits, which are developing more and more at an early age. Therefore, this study has carried out a systematic review that addresses pre-experimental or quasi-experimental scientific studies, which have applied interventions using the practice of sports physical activity as a means to improve heart rate, stroke volume, the maximum VO2 and the physical condition of the subjects. The results of the various investigations have shown that the regular and continuous exercise adapted to the individual characteristics of each of the participants provides benefits improving health and physical qualities.
