Abstract

The experience presented below is intended to give to know and promote habits sports and habits of hygiene and personal autonomy in early ages, as the behaviour prevention and habits that could harm the health of children in the short and long term. The objective of the activity is to provide a working tool meaningful to the child, based on the game and the movement in order to improve the welfare and health of the students, as well as prevent diseases such as obesity and behaviour that harm their health. The program has been carried out in the school in the metropolitan area of the province of Granada. The activity has been designed for the students of the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, through a fair game called "healthy habits", where worked through activities, mainly drive, that took some different contents, related with healthy habits basic to this stage (hygiene in the wardrobe, oral hygiene, nutrition, physical activity, sleep habits and recycling).
