Abstract

In the late twentieth century the Kingdom of Morocco began to make a strong commitment for the search of a quality education system promoting the creation and reformulation of a lot of laws with the aim of improving the quality of its education system. One of the most important was the need to equip the centers with the necessary ITC resources for the development of teaching-learning process. Thereby, in this research we present an analysis of educational ICT resources as key element for the introduction and integration of Information and Comunication Technology in centers of Secondary Education in Tetuan after the implantation of the GENIE project, as a firm commitmment to promote the technological development in the Moroccan classrooms.
