Background. Innovative Projects and Good Educational Practices in the two last academic years, withing the activities of the Vicerrectorado de Ordenación Académica y Profesorado (Department of Academic Organization and Teaching Staff) of Universidad de Granada. Methodology. Three active methodologies or actions to innovate in teaching: the case study using audiovisual practical guidelines, group of experts and group interview. Findings. High motivation and involvement of students. Conclusions. The student learns, complementing the theoretical and practical aspects of the subject ―Procedural Labour Law‖ through the ―virtual attendance‖ to the Courts and bodies for out-of-court settlement of disputes.
