Abstract

Nowadays, Business Schools have achieved an important role in the field of training expanding its the training offer from courses related to the areas of economics and business to many different disciplines such as education, health, environment, etc. Therefore, given its relevance and incursion into the field of Higher Education, this research project focuses on identifying good teaching practice of e-learning tutors, employees of a business school in Granada, by means of the capture and representation of expert knowledge through the concept map. After distributing an ad hoc-prepared questionnaire relating to good teaching practice, several e-tutors were determined as agents of good practice based on satisfactory answers and the established criteria and were afterward interviewed to make an approach to their expert knowledge about e-learning tutoring. The data obtained was represented in a single concept map, which generated a knowledge model about good e-learning teacher practice that is used as a model for both, perfection and initial training for new teachers, as well as contributing to the knowledge of the training provided by Spanish business schools.
