Abstract
Psoriasis is a disease which is characterized by an inflammatory and chronic process, exaggerated and systemic. It has been found a relationship between psoriasis and the increase in cardiovascular risk and the bad control of cardiovascular pathologies as diabetes desease. A child with psoriasis has a tendency to suffer from brain- vascular deseases, heart problems, obesity and diabetes. These are important reasons to provide a correct Health Education with physical activity and exercise. The impact of this desease has two facets: the physical and the emotional affectation, because both can incapacitate and deteriorate the quality of a child´s life. Physical activity and exercise have an important role in the emotional aspect of a child suffering from psoriasis because stress is one of the main inmediate cause of the outbreaks, although each child is going to handle with his desease in a different way
